Asymmetric Abel Inversion in Imaging Spectroscopy for Tilted TIG Arc Plasma

An asymmetric Abel inversion processing system was developed to establish a method for diagnosing arc plasma that has an elliptical cross section and is non-axisymmetric in the direction perpendicular observation during welding process. This applied tilted tungsten inert gas (TIG) As result, when this intensity distribution due integration, it confirmed relative error near central axis edge large regardless of difference cross-sectional shape. In addition, after applying TIG plasma, shown about 350 K occurred temperature emission converted by Fowler-Milne method. Furthermore, obtained study slightly wider than previous study, while high-temperature area where higher 14000 showed good agreement with study. Therefore, concluded that, equivalent result three-dimensional spectroscopy could be photographing from two directions.
